If you are not totally in love with your new purchase, we are happy to exchange, refund or give store credit (via e-gift card).

All item(s) MUST be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage or alteration. Must be free from stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. If the item is in an unsellable condition, you will be notified immediately and the item will be returned to you.

Returns/exchanges for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit customer MUST contact within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to initiate return. NO EXCEPTIONS. All refunds/exchanges will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.

Custom or Personalized items will ONLY be accepted for return/exchange for the following reasons:
*Damaged goods from shipping
*Misprinted Goods
*Defective Goods
If you believe your custom item falls under one of the above reasons, please contact within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item. Please send pictures of the item and defect. If your return/exchange does fall under one of these reasons DFW Custom Merch will also reimburse your shipping costs when your item is received and processed. Please allow up to five (5) business days to process any qualifying return/exchange.

All sale items and certain other products marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for return or exchange.

*The item(s) have been altered in any way
*The item(s) have stains or odors.
*E-gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded
*All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective. If DFW CM is at fault, your STANDARD shipping expense will be refunded to you.
