WHERE IS THE SIZE CHART?

Size charts are provided on each product page as well as on our Sizing Chart page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

This depends on the items ordered. Most of our items are premade while some are made to order.

For premade items, estimated delivery is 4-7 business days with standard shipping. All premade items are shipped out of our Dallas, Texas warehouse and expedited shipping options are available.

For made to order items, estimated delivery is 7-12 business days. Expedited shipping options are unavailable for made to order items.

Once your items are shipped, tracking numbers will be provided via e-mail. Please note that made to order items will be shipped separately from premade items and may even been shipped separately from other made-to-order items depending on the style.

Important: Any carrier related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for any orders that are delayed due to the carrier. If your order is experiencing a longer than usual delivery time, please e-mail us at help@dfwcustommerch.com and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED ONE… WHERE’S THE REST OF MY ORDER?
Since we have a few facilities, when you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately and you may receive one item before the next. No need to panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way!
